    Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure video or phone calls. You will need a reliable internet connection and a compatible device. Instructions and a link to the session will be provided prior to your appointment.

  • Is telehealth therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

    Research shows that telehealth therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy for many clients. It offers the convenience of accessing services from the comfort of your home while maintaining high standards of care.

  • What are your payment options?

    Payment is due at the time of service. We accept insurance from Husky, Anthem, United Healthcare, ConnectiCare, Aetna, and Cigna. Additionally, we offer a secure platform for payments using credit cards and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

  • How do you protect my privacy?

    We adhere to strict confidentiality standards as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information is protected using secure technology and is only accessible to authorized personnel. We comply with HIPAA and Connecticut state laws to ensure your privacy.

  • What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as detailed in our cancellation policy.
